Modern, Flexible Event Rooms


Located inside Executive Towers in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, The Executive Rooms offer two beautifully designed spaces ideal for gatherings of all kinds. The Little Room accommodates 50–100 guests, while the Big Room is perfect for 100–150 guests.


Each room was created with versatility in mind. With clean lines, neutral tones, and a modern yet welcoming atmosphere, they provide the perfect blank canvas for your event. Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, networking mixer, private dinner, art show, or milestone celebration, The Executive Rooms give you the freedom to create a space that reflects your vision. Event Venue Fayetteville: The Executive Rooms

We are located at 230 Donaldson Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301, inside the 


  • A signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.
  • Dates are not confirmed until both the agreement and deposit are received.
  • Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.


Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit, in the amount of $350, will be required at the time of booking.
  • This deposit covers minor damages, overtime, excessive cleaning, or breach of contract terms.
  • If no issues arise, the Check will be returned within 2-3 business days after the event.


Yes, You may bring your own licensed caterers, DJs, decorators, and other vendors. We also provide a list of trusted preferred vendors if you need recommendations. 


Yes, we do! Whether you would like to provide your guest with a FULL experience, prefer they pay their own way or a mix of both, we are here to customize a package that works for you and your guest! 


Rental times vary depending on the package selected, but standard hours are a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours may be purchased if available. All events must end by midnight unless otherwise approved.


To reserve your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit of the rental price. The balance is due 30 days, prior to your event, along with a $350 Refundable, Damage Fee Check ONLY.


Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but in some cases we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future date, within a year of the original date. 


You are responsible for setup and breakdown unless you add-on setup/cleanup services. 


Yes, there is plenty on city  parking for you and your guests, depending on time, may come at Ana additional cost


You can schedule a private tour through our booking calendar or by contacting us directly.


Yes, we welcome workshops, conferences, and recurring bookings. Please contact us for custom pricing.


Overtime fees will apply if you exceed your contracted rental period. To avoid this, we recommend planning for breakdown time within your booking.


Yes, security is required for certain events, especially those serving alcohol. We will coordinate this service for you.


We offer sound system access, Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs, at no additional add-on fee(s). 


Setup time is included in your contracted rental hours. If you need additional time, it must be scheduled in advance.


Yes, but all decorations must be freestanding or easily removable. No nails, screws, confetti, glitter, or open flames are permitted.


We accept credit/debit cards, business checks, and electronic transfers. Cash & Check payments must be made in person by appointment.
