Why The Executive Studio?

We are located at 253 Flagstone Lane, Raeford, NC 28376, just steps from 1910 Wine Nest and 1910 Village.

The Executive Studio offers 2,600 square feet of open floor plan space, perfect for intimate celebrations, workshops, pop-ups, private dinners, and more.

• A signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.
• Dates are not confirmed until both the agreement and deposit are received.
• Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit, in the amount of $350, will be required at the time of booking.
• This deposit covers minor damages, overtime, excessive cleaning, or breach of contract terms.
• If no issues arise, the Check will be returned within 2-3 business days after the event.

Yes, with one exception, a bartender. You may bring your own licensed caterers, DJs, decorators, and other vendors. We also provide a list of trusted preferred vendors if you need recommendations. 

Yes, we do! Whether you would like to provide your guest with a FULL experience, prefer they pay their own way or a mix of both, we are here to customize a package that works for you and your guest! 

Rental times vary depending on the package selected. Additional hours may be purchased if available. All events must end by midnight unless otherwise approved.

To reserve your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit of the rental price. The balance is due 30 days, prior to your event, along with a $350 Refundable, Damage Fee Check ONLY.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but in some cases we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future date, within a year of the original date. 

You are responsible for setup and breakdown unless you add-on setup/cleanup services. Standard cleaning is included in Package B, if applicable. 

Yes. We offer convenient on-site parking for you and your guests, as well as designated load-in space for vendors.

Yes, we welcome workshops, conferences, and recurring bookings. Please contact us for custom pricing.

Overtime fees will apply if you exceed your contracted rental period. To avoid this, we recommend planning for breakdown time within your booking.

Yes, security is required for certain events, especially those serving alcohol. We will coordinate this service for you.

We offer sound system access, Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs, at no additional add-on fee(s). 

Setup time is included in your contracted rental hours. If you need additional time, it must be scheduled in advance.

Yes, but all decorations must be freestanding or easily removable. No nails, screws, confetti, glitter, or open flames are permitted.

We accept credit/debit cards, business checks, and electronic transfers. Cash & Check payments must be made in person by appointment.

Yes, for wedding ceremonies booked at The Executive Studio you are able to have up to a one hour rehearsal for you and the wedding party the prior to your contracted wedding date. Rehearsals go around our event schedule and cannot be scheduled more than 2 weeks prior and cannot be scheduled less than 3 days prior due to staffing and existing schedule. Most rehearsals are at 4:00pm, the day before your scheduled wedding. Please contact us and to schedule your wedding rehearsal. (Note: rehearsals are a courtesy based on availability, it does not have any monetary value)
